High insulation performance PTFE is a high-performance insulation material with a very high breakdown voltage and insulation resistance. This allows it to prevent current leakage, arc generation and protect the safety of electrical equipment.
Excellent chemical resistance. PTFE is resistant to a wide range of acids, bases and solvents (including hydrofluoric and three strong acids).
Good temperature resistance PTFE is able to maintain a stable performance across a wide range of temperatures and can function normally in high or low temperature environments.
Fly-arc resistance PTFE is a material with a high surface resistivity, a high dielectric loss and possesses incredibly high resistivity even when it’s at 100% relative moisture. It is therefore ideal for applications that require high insulation properties.
