Material Virgin ptfe material
Specification customizable
Application Drying and curing ovens,Textile and screen printing
Color: WHITE

Our PTFE mesh is engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring high heat resistance, chemical stability, and excellent airflow. Woven from fiberglass and coated with premium polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), this mesh offers superior non-stick properties and outstanding durability under extreme conditions.

Available in various mesh sizes (1mm, 2mm, 4mm, and custom), our PTFE mesh sheets are ideal for heat transfer, drying systems, screen printing, UV curing, food processing, and conveyor belting. The open mesh design ensures efficient air circulation and moisture release while maintaining structural integrity even at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F).

Key Features:

  • Non-stick & easy to clean: PTFE coating prevents residue build-up

  • High thermal stability: Operates from -70°C to +260°C

  • Excellent chemical resistance: Inert to most industrial solvents and acids

  • Flexible & lightweight: Ideal for continuous operation on conveyor systems

  • Custom sizes available: Sheets, rolls, and cut-to-size options for OEMs and system integrators

Applications:

✔ Drying and curing ovens

✔ Textile and screen printing

✔ Food dehydration and baking belts

✔ Composite manufacturing and solar lamination

✔ Heat-sealing and packaging machinery

Frequently Asked Questions

Of course, we can customize pfe products to your satisfaction according to your material, size and process

The maximum size of ptfe molded plate can reach 2000mm long * 2000mm wide * 390mm thick,
ptfe rods have a maximum length of 4000mm and a diameter of 500mm

PTFE is essentially chemically inert and is highly resistant to chemical attack up to its 500º F. maximum continuous operating temperature. As indicated in the referenced PTFE Handbook above, there are a few exceptions including molten alkali metals, turbulent liquid, or gaseous fluorine; and a few fluorochemicals, such as chlorine trifluoride, ClF3, or oxygen difluoride, OF2, which readily liberate free fluorine at elevated temperatures.  Several tables are available on the web supporting appropriate usage of PTFE with chemicals and various concentrations and temperatures.

We have a set of strict quality testing system, never expected finished products, will be tested and registered, traceable

The general production cycle of ptfe products is about 15 days, and the delivery date can be agreed on for customized products
