The PTFE compression molds from jinshiling were designed specifically for the molding characteristics of PTFE. Our presses yield high-quality preforms and finished ptfe parts that have consistent mechanical properties across the entire material lot.

We can mold parts up to 20″ in length (*using a modified PTFE fusing method) using our automatic PTFE compression moulding equipment.

The PTFE compression tooling at jinshiling is designed and manufactured in-house. Cost savings are achieved by using molded nearnet forms in higher volume molding projects. shapes reduce the amount of material needed to produce a finished part and, therefore, reduce machining times. The time & material saved is compared with the cost of initial tooling in order to determine what volume supports a custom-made tool.

jingshiling’s PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) molding processes include:

Automated Pre-forming PTFE Near Net Shapes

PTFE Compression Molding: Material blanks and Dimensionally finished “as moulded” parts

Multi-Cavity Tools to increase molding efficiency

High Purity PTFE Moulding for Special Applications

Modified PTFE Fabrication (Note that this process is different than hot gas welding).

The modified PTFE fusing procedure is best used for cylindrical shapes, such as custom containers, ptfe seals and sleeves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Of course, we can customize pfe products to your satisfaction according to your material, size and process

The maximum size of ptfe molded plate can reach 2000mm long * 2000mm wide * 390mm thick,
ptfe rods have a maximum length of 4000mm and a diameter of 500mm

PTFE is essentially chemically inert and is highly resistant to chemical attack up to its 500º F. maximum continuous operating temperature. As indicated in the referenced PTFE Handbook above, there are a few exceptions including molten alkali metals, turbulent liquid, or gaseous fluorine; and a few fluorochemicals, such as chlorine trifluoride, ClF3, or oxygen difluoride, OF2, which readily liberate free fluorine at elevated temperatures.  Several tables are available on the web supporting appropriate usage of PTFE with chemicals and various concentrations and temperatures.

We have a set of strict quality testing system, never expected finished products, will be tested and registered, traceable

The general production cycle of ptfe products is about 15 days, and the delivery date can be agreed on for customized products
